A 3-minute anonymous survey for medical students, residents and attendings about onboarding students to the OR, with or without this website.

Working with students, your mornings, teaching.

Working with resident–student teams, teaching, taking students.

Anonymous and voluntary. No names or emails are collected, and taking part doesn’t affect grades or evaluations.
Everyone can answer, whether or not your rotation used this website. One question asks; the website questions appear only if you used it.
How results are used: to improve how students are onboarded at LA General. Results may be shared in aggregate, for example in a presentation or publication.
Please don’t include any patient information.
